If you don't have that disc any more, you can download the drivers from Intel's website on a computer with a working connection and transfer them to the computer on a USB drive. Thanks for marking this as the answer.

So I used my laptop to download the driver for windows 7 64 bit and installed it on my other computer the one with the issues. And now my network icon at the bottom doesn't have an X and looks as though it is connected to the internet but when I try to use the internet it doesn't work at all.
